How can charge both a GPS and cell phone in my car both at the same time?

I have one cigarette lighter in my car, and both my GPS and cell phone need to be plugged into a charger at all times. Is there any way to do this?
My car is a 1995 Ford Taurus, with one power outlet.

Do I need to buy a newer car? Do newer cars have more than one power outlet?

   At most car parts stores, you can get a gizmo that plugs into the lighter and has 2 or 3 outlets. costs less than $10.00

   Walmart and stores like probably have them as well.

   You can buy an adapter at any auto parts store or walmart even that you plug into your one cigarette lighter that will have multiple hookups attached!
