Which GPS device should I buy?

I’m trying to decide between a Garmin Nuvi 650 and a TomTom One XL-S.
Both have the text-to-speech feature. Have read mixed reviews about both. I also believe the Nuvi 650 can take only 1 via point at a time compared with several for TomTom. Any takes?
Thanks!

Your absolutely right, that was the deciding factor for me as I usually go on more than one destination trip at a time , you set you first address and add as many as you like, it will take you wye point to wye point until you finished you route , ok what else the computer voice is much easier to understand and traffic updates, also have you looked at the TomTom 720 its worth the extra $$ hands free calling and FM transmitter means you can broadcast your mp3 onto any vacant FM station as well as the turn by turn instuctions while pausing your music and resumeing after it has instucted you were to go, anyway hope that helps …Ren

I like the regular TomTom One V3. The XL version has the same features with the advantage on a larger screen. You will be happy with the TomTom unit.
Are you interested in using your gps (for free) to detect traffic cameras? See how my $2000 Acura system compared to the $250 TomTom Version One (look for free poi file on page):
