Looking for a good GPS navigation system for my car?

1. ease of use
2. a clear good screen
3. loud and clear voice prompts
4. CAN BE UPDATED TO HAVE NEWER MAPS
5. a clear satalite signal
6. accurate directions

does the Garmin Nuvi 350 have all these?(especially #4)

   there is one called tom tom …. i heard nothing but good things about it …
