Is there anywhere I can download topo maps for my Garmin GPS without the $100+ price tag?

I got a Garmin GPSmap 60 for Christmas. You can download topo maps into it. I went to the Garmin website and they charge an excess of 100 dollars. Quite a steep price for an already quite expensive GPS unit. You guys know anywhere I can download topo maps for free or a cheaper cost? Thanks guys. Happy Holidays.

   Hi, Well I am sorry to break it to you but I also have a Garmin Gps which I brought 26 weeks ago and the topo maps will cost you. I personally think it is ridiculous that you have to spend at least $750 on the GPS and then have to pay for the Topo maps. But Sorry matey, I know it is a bugger but if you had the choice of what you were getting for Christmas you should have got a Navman, they have a much better service than Garmin.
