From the startup screen, press Where to? Then press Address. Follow the prompts to enter your friend’s address. When you the GPS receiver gives you the opportunity to press the big green GO button, look at the bottom and press the Save button instead. You will name the location and it will be saved in your Favorites list.

Uh, just go to the menu and push the button that says add friend location, oh hell i don’t know, lol
